Our History
Symprex was founded in 1999 with a focus on developing
general purpose software add-ons for the Microsoft Exchange
& Outlook messaging and collaboration platform. Symprex
entered the market with its first product, LOOK, a solution
to the need for extended group calendaring to facilitate
improved team work and customer service. Today, with more
than 5,000 customers worldwide, Symprex is one of the globally
leading providers of software add-ons for the Microsoft
Exchange & Outlook platform. Symprex is based in London,
United Kingdom.
Our Ambition
Our ambition is simple. Our solutions must help customers
increase employee productivity, streamline business processes,
and reduce overall business costs in the form of innovative
and useful products that extend and improve collaboration,
communication, branding, security, archiving and other areas
related to the Microsoft Exchange & Outlook platform.
Our Products
With more than 1 million users our products have proven
themselves in the real world. The ability to scale with
the needs of our customers is proven in international installations spanning
multiple servers and different time zones. Our
administrative tools are used by administrators to manage
installations with tens of thousands of mailboxes, improving
branding, communication, system security, performance and

Symprex has more than 5,000 customers in over 70 countries,
in public services and industries such as financial services,
technology, manufacturing, education and healthcare. Our
customer base includes a number of global companies, two
examples of which are a global company in the pharmaceutical
industry having employed more than 20,000 licenses for our
Email Signature Manager solution, and a global financial
services company, having employed 30,000 user licenses for
our LOOK group calendar solution.
