Request support: Technical support can be requested by
e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your request will be assigned a case number and you will
receive a reply as soon as possible, normally within 4 hours
inside of our business hours 9am to 5pm GMT.
Please write a short, clear description of your request
in the subject line, and include relevant information in
the e-mail about product version, system environment, etc.
Telephone support and/or online support can be arranged
once your e-mail request has been received. Symprex may
charge for telephone support with your prior accept.
