  creator owner. Trying to remove creator owner changes permissions to
  minimum permissions required for creator (Outlook behaviour).

- Now allows for changing rights for owners of public folders. Creator
  owner security ensures that Folder Owner and Folder Visible rights
  cannot be removed (Outlook behaviour).

- Root folder permissions are now applied to user-defined sub-folders,
  and their sub-folders, of the root folder, when Apply to Sub-Folders
  is selected.

- Default folder permissions, for each default folder, are now applied
  to user-defined sub-folders, and their sub-folders, if any, of each
  respective default folder, when Apply to Sub-Folders is selected.

- Apply group permissions and apply template dialogues now show any
  public folders that will actually be manipulated.

- Correctly recognises Drafts folder as Drafts folder instead of as a
  general mail folder.

- Now shows an error message when trying to access permissions of a
  public folder that the user has no access to.

- Now shows a better and more reliable error message when trying to
  expand a mailbox that there is no access to.

- Reports are now generated without error messages. Error messages
  are inserted into the exported file if and when errors occur.

- Reports generated to text files now include correct folder levels,
  increased by one for each sub-folder level.

- Fully supports updating permissions on folders of users that use the
  original release version of Outlook 2000.

- Fixes problem with error when applying group or template permissions
  to remove all permissions if any folder had Owner Rights assigned as
  Default rights.

- Fixes problem with indefinite loop when trying to give permissions
  to a group that contains a group that again contains the first
  group.

- Shares new base libraries with version 3.1 of Out-of-Office Manager,
  AutoArchive Manager and Mailbox Manager.
